Elio Ferraro.

In 10 days I'm leaving for a week in Italy with friends. Except for the Colosseum in Rome, the Vatican and the gondola's in Venice, of course we'll also visit some shops.
I decided to do some reasearch before we leave to see where we could go to and I found this heaven!
Elio Ferraro Gallery in Florence
It's a place where you can find vintage furniture and clothing. After seeing pictures of clothes and the brands that are being sold I already know where I'll be most hours of my day, when in Florence.
Alexander McQueen, Christian Lacroix, Jean Patou, Prada, Valentino, Galliano, Pierre Cardin, Balenciaga, Christian Dior, Fendi, Jean Paul Goltier, YSL, Yohji Yamamoto, Givenchy, Chanel, Gucci...
I'd better stop now before I step into that airplain right now!
See you in a couple of weeks *-*

Vivienne Westwood winter/autumn 2010-11

The queen if punk did it again, had all our mouths drop and our mind only think of when and how we'll manage to buy her clothes.
The colletion except for the amazing designs also had messages to all. On each seat was placed the "stop climat change"- emblazoned bottle and logo t-shirts, the profits of each will go to the White Ribbon Alliance organisation to help mothers and children in Haiti.
Here's a link with photo's of all the looks:
Enjoy!

Welcome to Humanoid City.

The confident and always gorgeus looking Bill, his twin brother and very charming Tom, the funny Georg and the maybe a little bit too serious Gustav are the 4 bandmembers of Tokio Hotel, the successfull band from Germany.
They are also propably waiting anxiously in their tourbus somewhere in Luxemburg for the first concert of their new Welcome to Humanoid City tour to start. They have promised their fans the most spectacular Tokio Hotel concert they've ever seen.
Personally, I'm convinced. The twins worked with Dean and Dan Caten from Dsquard2 for the costumes of the tour and Misty Barkley has designed the stage. Both huge and very powerfull names.

Let's not forget that Bill opened their show at fashion week (men's collection s/s 2010):

First scetches of their stage, designed in London that will be.. what else? A humanoid city:

Welcome to Humanoid City Tour Dates:

You can get more information about the tour and the tickets at their website: http://www.tokiohotel.com/us/#dates/
I'm proudly announcing that I'll pay a visit to their Humanoid City in Geneva on the 3rd of April.
Hope I'll see you there.

Lee Alexander McQueen.

There's not much that I can say about what happened. Everything has already been said. It's been 11 days, but my mind still can't wrap around the thought that Lee Alexander McQueen is gone. The first designer that I ever was drawn to, the person that opened the doors for me of the beautiful and amazing world of fashion.
The world has definatelly lost one of its biggest talends. There's never be a designer like him again. His clothes and shows have changed the history of fashion. The least I can do is post a tribute here:

Lady Gaga Grammy's outfits.

OMGAGA. <3

This lady definatelly knows how to dress to impress. She impressed the world once more at the Grammy's last night. She changed 5 outfits, one more outragious and amazing than the other.
The red carpet dress (third picture) was designed by G.Armani.

LOVE issue 3

Kate Moss for the cover of LOVE.

Love's third issue is dedicated to fashion icons. That's why 8 of the most influencial fashion icons today go naked and did a photoshoot with Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot for the issue's cover.
"For this issue of LOVE we took eight woman who aregenerally acknowledged as the most beautiful in the world, got them to show off their bodies -widely regarded as the most perfect in the world- and photographed them all in the excactly same position for the cover. We did this to show how much they differed physically from one to another, wich is why we also printed their measurments. The point is that 'perfection' is not fixed, timeless or transcendent. It varies as the measurements of our cover girls show."

LOVE's editor-in-chief Katie Grand told VOGUE.COM

Personally, I think that what LOVE tries to portay is beautiful. On this issue all girls' measurement may differ, but they're all slender. It's Naomi Campell, Lara Stone and Natalia Vodianova we're talking about! But then again on the cover of their first issue it was Beth Ditto that was naked on it and she rocked it just as well. With that add, the quotte 'perfection is not fixed' can be completed.

My favouriet s/s 2010 looks.

I have to be honest. I usually don't like s/s collections. This year though that changed 100%.
I can't wait to see these clothes in stores. The cuts, colours and new shapes presented were simply amazing. Listening to Led Zeppelin's "whole lotta love" and thinking that's excactly what these clothes are going to get. Here are some photos with my favouriet looks for this summer.

Zizi's la magie est partout.

Ok. So, out with the clothes I plan on buying and in with beautiful clothes
with sewed Swarovski on them I just got.

I recently bought a dress by Zizi's. A beautiful greek label, with garments and accessories with main focus on Swarofski's that are sawn on the clothes.

Designer of the brand is the very talented Alexandra Kalliontzi.

My dress (as many others of their collection) except for the Swarovski's also has on the shoulder the miniature of a painting designed especially for this garment.

It's style reminds me of something Mick Jagger would wear on stage.

I feel like rockstar royalty when wearing it.
(I'll update the post with a picture of me wearing it soon).
